Meet our Team Challenge Jury
As the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer for Capgemini in India, Nisheeth Srivastava is responsible for driving Capgemini's agenda for Technology and Innovation, as well as for building Industry-centric Assets and Solutions.
Nisheeth is a seasoned entrepreneur and a corporate leader in a career spanning over 28 years. He's an engineering grad in Electronics and Communications from IIT (BHU), Varanasi. He specializes in executing new go-to-market and capability expansion initiatives.
Nisheeth is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion as well as CSR and contributes in personal capacity towards the causes of child education and rehabilitation among other causes.

Arul Kumaran PARAMANANDAM
Arul has 25 years of IT experience and has been with the Capgemini Group for more than 15 years, working in the Financial Services sector across Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets domains.
Arul specializes in the continuous Industrialization of Capgemini services across the portfolio of offerings. He has experience in executing complex programs such as setting up new core banking systems and executing large scale digital & agile transformations for our global clients.
Arul is also the Diversity & Inclusion champion for Capgemini in India.
Dr. Shikha Singh holds a PhD from the Department of Industrial and Management Engineering (DIME), Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT- K). At IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, she coordinates the activities of the innovation and incubation centre at CIIE, IIT (ISM).
Besides her other noteworthy achievements in the course of her illustrious career, she has worked in different industrial management projects to manufacture Russian fighter aircrafts such as Sukhoi-30 and MiG and a French aircraft, Dornier.
Dr. Shikha Singh's research interest lies in the institutionalization of various management concepts and their supported information systems in manufacturing organizations. She also works in the areas of management of different technologies related to digitalization, Industry 4.0, cloud services, and other related areas.

Prasad Deore
Prasad has around 20 years of experience in working with global consulting and IT organizations. He is proficient in cybersecurity, ERP program delivery, facilitating digital initiatives, propel automation, evangelize innovations in Cloud ERP and related offerings.
Prasad has worked in different geographies such as India, the US, APAC, and Europe and with various organizations such as NASSCOM, TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, and Cummins.
As a Director at NASSCOM, Prasad strikes a balance between demanding customers, team and internal stakeholders. With his solid customer connect and diverse global delivery experience, he has led his teams to noteworthy accomplishments.
With over 27 years of progressive and successful experience in providing strategic and operational leadership, Aditya has worked with National Research Lab, premier National Institute and IT organizations. He also has extensive experience working with the Ministry of External Affairs, Defense, MHRD, Home Affairs, Minority, Social Justice, and many state governments.
In the diverse role during his long professional life, he has contributed to the growth of research, technology, education, global positioning, market, branding, revenue, performance, and quality.
Operating nationwide and in thirty-five countries worldwide with a multisite, multifunctional team, some of his core competencies are R&D (AI, IoT, Cyber Security, Quantum Computing), Capacity Building & Skill Development, Quality Management, etc.
