Arul has 25 years of IT experience and has been with the Capgemini Group for more than 15 years, working in the Financial Services sector across Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets domains.

Arul specializes in the continuous Industrialization of Capgemini services across the portfolio of offerings. He has experience in executing complex programs such as setting up new core banking systems and executing large scale digital & agile transformations for our global clients.

Arul is also the Diversity & Inclusion champion for Capgemini in India.

Dr. Shikha Singh holds a PhD from the Department of Industrial and Management Engineering (DIME), Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT- K). At IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, she coordinates the activities of the innovation and incubation centre at CIIE, IIT (ISM).

Besides her other noteworthy achievements in the course of her illustrious career, she has worked in different industrial management projects to manufacture Russian fighter aircrafts such as Sukhoi-30 and MiG and a French aircraft, Dornier.

Dr. Shikha Singh's research interest lies in the institutionalization of various management concepts and their supported information systems in manufacturing organizations. She also works in the areas of management of different technologies related to digitalization, Industry 4.0, cloud services, and other related areas.
