• The referral is open for both men and women.
• To refer friends, you need to be registered as a participant in Capgemini Tech Challenge 2021.
• From the referral page, you can refer friends and colleagues to join Tech Challenge 2021.
• Referring friends will earn you bonus points.
  • If your friend accepts the invite and registers for Tech Challenge 2021, you get 25 points!
• There will be a separate Referral Leaderboard that will display the ranking of the top referrers daily. This leaderboard is only for reference during the contest. Final winners will be declared post an audit of the email ids referred.
• Capgemini reserves the right to decide the prize winners for the referral contest.
• Referral links will be tagged with unique tracking parameters which will be used to validate and decide the genuineness of the referrals.
• If you use fake profiles to increase referral scores, you will be barred from the referral contest at Tech Challenge's discretion.
• If an invitee gets referral invites from multiple participants, Capgemini reserves the right to determine allocation of the referral credit.
• All communication will be sent to your primary e-mail address provided at the time of registration.
• By submitting the referral form, it is implied that the referrer has accepted these referral terms and conditions.
• The winners' declaration will be based upon the number of invites accepted by your friends.
• A back check will be done thoroughly once the contest is over and only after that the final referral leaderboard will be updated and the prizes will be given.
